Pointless Staircase in Dunningham Reserve

All those residents of Coogee who objected to the concrete staircase being constructed in Dunningham Reserve were right to do so - it looks ridiculous, and completely ruins the natural shape of the headland. The staircase is utterly pointless - it seems to go from nowhere to nowhere, just up a slight rise that was perfectly navigable by walking on the grass. And in the process the beautiful natural shape of the headland, which has been that way for millenia, is now destroyed by this concrete scar on the landscape. A completely misguided project. Once again, thanks Randwick Council for nothing. To think I pay my rates for this kind of garbage.
